Things to remember:
  • Marble, stone or glass tops, mirrors or any product considered to be fragile must be inspected on delivery and any damage found noted on the delivery receipt.  No concealed damage claims will be honored
  • All concealed damage must be reported within 15 days of delivery for the claim to be honored.
  • Do not discard any of the original packaging, as doing so will nullify your claim.
  • Do not reorder replacement items, or proceed with any repairs without clearance from our claims department.
  • All documents to support claim must be received within 90 days or claim will be considered closed.
  • Moving an item away from the original delivery location will invalidate any possible claims that may arise due to damage or loss.
  • The absence of any document called for in connection with this claim must be explained. When impossible for claimant to provide a bill of laden or paid invoice, a bond of indemnity must be given to protect carrier against duplicate claim supported by original documents.
  • By filling out this claim form, and checking the box below you hereby certify that the information is true and correct.
  • All claims subject to WWL Tariff 300A.
